Not Precedential

May 11, 2010

Judges Ambro, Smith, and Chief Judge Michel. Opinion by Chief Judge Michel.

For Mr. Munez-Morales, Steven A. Morley of Morley, Surin & Griffin in Philadelphia. For the government, Lyle D. Jentzer (argued) and Paul F. Stone of the Justice Department.

Upholding the BIA for going outside the record of conviction to determine whether a money laundering conviction is one in which more than $10,000 was involved. That is the test to see whether it is an aggravated felony.
