Third Circuit Apparently Closed January 2, 2007

There is nothing posted on the Third Circuit's web site, but calling the automated phone system and hitting the extension for the staff attorneys at the Third Circuit led to a recording that says the office is closed today, January 2, 2007. Seems like the Third Circuit is closed as part of the day of mourning for former President Ford.
